三、項目背景：織造業是洪澤輕紡產業發展規劃中的重要板塊，開發區專門規劃了織造工業園，可容納10000臺織機的生產容量，區內棉紡、毛紡總量已達30萬錠（2010年將達50萬錠）、氨綸0.9萬噸，原料配套已完成。織造園專業規劃，優惠供項目用地，免征地方建設基金，低限征稅,水、電、路基礎配套。棉紡、毛紡產業鏈已初步形成。
四、效益預測：項目建成投產后，可實現年銷售收入3億美元。

1. Project name: Hongze Modern Textile Industry Park
2. Project content: Introducing10 thousand weaving machines (water-jet loom, Air-jet loom) to make a complete textile industrial chain.
3. Project background:Textile is an important portion in Hongze light textile industrial chain program.Hongze Development Zone has purposely planned a textile industry park that can accommodate 10 thousand textile machines.The total output of cotton and wool textile is up to 300 thousand ingots(it will be 500 thousand in 2010), the Spandex is 9 thousand tons,and a set of facilities for raw material have been finished.There are many favorable measures in the textile park,such as favorable project land, free charge for construction fund, low taxation, convenient infrastructure facilities of road, water, electricity,and so on.The industrial chain of cotton and wool textile has been formed.
4. Financial evaluation: When put into production, it can realize an annual sales income of USD300 million.
