2.Project background:

"Developing a Large Circulation" is an important content of “the five big constructions” proposed by the committee and the government of Huaian, which plays an important supporting role to strengthen the competition and radiation effect of huaian. The park is located in the exit of the highway in the south of Huaian, and also the intersection place of Xu suhuai highway, Ninglian highway and Huaiyan highway. There is a new southern bus station of huaian in Logistics Park, which covers an area of 10 square kilometers. At present, dozens of project of logistics are under construction including Huaian Jingwei Steel City that is the largest steel logistics in Huaian, and Zengli Trade Company that is the largest liquor wholesale Center in northern Jiangsu province, and some private logistics serving for Chunlan or other big enterprises. Now we are planning to build the largest home-building City in Huaian that is Xilaile home-building city and Yifeng Logistics Park covering an area of 300 mus.
